Drive DeVilbiss offers a comprehensive warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of factory shipment to the original purchaser. This warranty applies to the equipment, excluding certain components:
Compressor: Warranted for 3 years.
Sieve Beds: Warranted for 1 year
Battery: Warranted for 1 year
The carry case is not included in this warranty. Drive DeVilbiss’ obligations are limited to repair (including parts and labor) at its factory or an Authorized Service Center. This warranty covers only the original buyer who purchased the equipment from Drive DeVilbiss or an authorized provider, distributor, or agent. Routine maintenance items such as filters, along with normal wear and tear, are not covered under this warranty.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of oxygen concentrators as medical devices, they are non-returnable once opened or used. This policy ensures the health and safety of all customers by preventing the resale of potentially contaminated medical equipment.
Non-Returnable Conditions:
Opened/Used Items: Once the packaging has been opened or the oxygen concentrator has been used, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Health and Safety Regulations: As a medical device that comes into direct contact with the user, oxygen concentrators are classified as non-returnable under health and safety guidelines.
Exceptions:
Defective Product: If the oxygen concentrator is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, customers should contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or repair.
Unopened Products: In some cases, unopened products in their original packaging may be eligible for a return, subject to a restocking fee and the condition that the return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
