Warranty Information

Lifetime Limited Warranty
The EZ-Access TRANSITIONS® Modular Entry Ramp comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty, ensuring your ramp is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and covers the ramp for its usable lifetime under normal use and conditions.

What’s Covered:
Defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the ramp.

What’s Not Covered:
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alterations, or improper installation.
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or cosmetic changes.
Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, EZ-Access will repair or replace the defective part at their discretion. Customers may be required to cover shipping costs for repairs or replacements.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
