Golden Technologies Lift Chair Warranty

Lifetime Limited Warranty:
Golden Technologies provides a lifetime warranty on the chair frame, lift frame, and recline mechanism. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product, applicable to the original purchaser.

Electrical Components Warranty:
The electrical parts, such as the motor and remote control, are covered for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. During this period, if any electrical components malfunction due to defects, they will be repaired or replaced.

Pro-Rated Warranty (Years 4-7):
After the 3-year warranty period on electrical components, Golden Technologies offers pro-rated coverage from years 4 through 7. Customers are responsible for a percentage of the replacement costs, which increases as the chair ages.

Mechanical Labor Warranty:
Golden Technologies covers the labor costs for mechanical repairs for up to 3 years. If any parts need to be replaced or repaired due to manufacturing defects, the company will handle the labor required during this time.

Electrical Labor Warranty:
Labor costs for repairing or replacing electrical parts are covered for 1 year from the purchase date. After the first year, customers may be responsible for labor fees related to any electrical repairs.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric, cushions)
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
• Any modifications to the chair without Golden Technologies’ approval

Non-Transferable:
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

Stock Lift Chairs:
In-stock lift chairs can be returned under the following conditions:

• The chair must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. Once unboxed or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The chair must be shipped in its original packaging along with all accessories, including power cords.
• Timing: You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving the chair. Once issued, the item must be returned within 10 days.
• Refund Process: After the item is inspected and approved for return, a refund will be processed, minus the restocking and any freight fees. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Non-refundable Fees: Delivery and service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• If the chair was delivered by a technician and you signed a delivery confirmation, it is non-returnable.

Custom-Built Lift Chairs:
Chairs built with custom fabrics, upgrades (e.g., heat and massage, PowerPillow, left-hand control), or any other special modifications are non-returnable. These customizations are tailored to specific user needs and cannot be resold as new.
