Our primary goal is to meet your needs. If you receive equipment that doesn’t meet your requirements, please inform us, and we will make every effort to exchange it for a suitable alternative. In some cases, we may be able to address issues over the phone.

EXCHANGE

If you picked up the equipment from our store and it is defective, broken, or not functioning properly, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Simply return it to us, and we will provide you with a replacement.

If the equipment was delivered to you and it does not meet your needs, we can arrange for the delivery of a different item. Please note that a delivery charge may apply if there is no issue with the equipment itself.
