RETURN & EXCHANGE
Meeting your needs is our main objective. When you get the equipment and it does not fit your needs, let us know and we’ll try to exchange it with one that does. There may be issues that can be solved over the phone.
If the equipment is defected, broken, or simply not functioning right, we will exchange it at no extra charge to you. Just call us withing 3 days and we’ll take care of it.
You can cancel your rental within 3 days of receiving it for a refund minus shipping. In case of cancellation, you’re responsible for shipping both ways.
In case of exchange or cancellation, you are still responsible for shipping back the equipment to us. Please refer to Return Policy for more information.
