Meeting your needs is our main objective. When you get the equipment and it does not fit your needs, let us know and we’ll try to exchange it with one that does. There may be issues that can be solved over the phone.


If your picked up the equipment from our store and it’s defected, broken, or simply not functioning right, we will exchange it at no extra charge to you. Just bring it back and we’ll exchange it with another one.

If the equipment was delivered to you and it doesn’t fit your needs, we can deliver another one to you. Delivery charge will apply if there’s nothing wrong with the equipment.
