Warranty Information

The Prime Care Beds by Drive Medical come with a robust warranty to ensure long-term reliability and support for users and caregivers:

Frame Warranty
10-year limited warranty on the bed frame, covering any defects in materials or workmanship that could affect the structural integrity of the bed.

Welds Warranty
15-year limited warranty on all welds, ensuring that the structural joints of the bed remain intact and free from defects over an extended period of use.

Electrical Components
2-year limited warranty on all electrical parts, including the motors, hand pendant, and other electrical systems. This covers any failures or defects in these parts under normal operating conditions.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Normal wear and tear, such as cosmetic damage or regular use-related degradation, are also excluded from coverage.

Repairs must be performed by authorized technicians to maintain the warranty.

Claim Process
If a defect is found within the warranty period, Drive Medical may opt to repair or replace the defective part at its discretion. Any shipping costs for warranty claims are typically borne by the user

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
