Warranty Information

Golden Technologies provides a comprehensive warranty across all its Buzzaround LX Mobility Scooters, ensuring long-term protection for essential components. The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and begins from the date of purchase. To receive warranty service, it’s important to register the product with Golden Technologies.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Golden Technologies offers a lifetime limited warranty on key structural components of its scooters, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship. Theese parts are covered under this warranty:
Steel Frame, Frame Welds, Tiller Frame, Front Fork, Seat Post

This warranty includes the replacement of defective parts but does not cover freight costs for replacement parts.

Two-Year Limited Warranty
The drive train and electronic components of the scooter are covered under a two-year limited warranty. This includes:
– Transaxle
– Motor/Brake Assembly (electrical function only)
– Electronic Controller
– Battery Charger
– Dash Assembly
– Potentiometer Assembly
– Wire Harnesses

Note: Any increase in operating noise from the transaxle over time due to normal wear is not considered a defect and is excluded from the warranty.

One-Year Limited Warranty
The batteries provided with Golden Technologies’ mobility scooters are covered under a one-year limited warranty. If the batteries are found to be defective due to materials or workmanship within the first year, they will be replaced.

Note: The warranty covers part replacement only. Freight costs for shipping warranty parts are not included.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
