When you purchase a Baja Mobility Scooter you are covered by a comprehensive warranty package that ensures your investment is protected. Below are the standard coverage details:

Frame Warranty
Lifetime warranty covering the structural integrity of the scooter’s frame, ensuring long-term durability.

Electronic Components
A 2-year limited warranty on the scooter’s electronics, including the controller and battery charger. This coverage protects against manufacturing defects in these critical parts.

Drivetrain and Motor
The motor and drivetrain components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. This ensures that any performance issues related to these key parts are addressed within the first two years.

Battery Warranty
The batteries come with a 6-month warranty. If the batteries show any defects or failures during this period, they will be replaced or repaired under this warranty.

What is Covered

Parts & Repairs
Coverage includes repairs or replacement of parts that prove defective due to faulty material or workmanship under normal use.

Labor Costs
Some warranties include coverage for labor costs required to repair or replace covered parts. Always check the specific terms for your model.

What is Not Covered

Normal Wear & Tear
The warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as tires, brake pads, and upholstery.

Accidental Damage
Damages caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications made to the scooter are not included.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
