THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Covers defects in the structural frame (main frame, fork, seat post, tiller frame) for 3 years.

TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Covers electronic assemblies (controllers, harnesses) for 2 years, excluding damage caused by non-original parts.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Covers the drivetrain, motor brake, bushings, bearings, and chargers for 1 year, requiring regular battery maintenance.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Non-original parts, misuse, battery leakage, contamination, or Acts of God.
Gradual performance loss from improper battery care.

SERVICE

Warranty service must be handled by an authorized Pride Dealer. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
