Afiscooters Warranty

At Hieline Mobility, we are dedicated to providing reliable support for your Afiscooter. This warranty is designed to cover essential components, ensuring long-lasting performance and peace of mind for your investment.

Frame Warranty – 2-Year Limited

Your Afiscooter’s main structural components are protected for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This includes the main frame, seat post, and front forks. If any structural part is found to have defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Electronics Warranty – 2-Year Limited

The electronic components of your Afiscooter, including the controller, throttle, LCD display, and braking system, are covered for two (2) years from the purchase date. If these parts are found to be faulty due to manufacturing issues, they will be repaired or replaced. Note that damage caused by external elements such as water, excessive heat, or physical misuse is not covered.

Battery Warranty – 1-Year Limited

The batteries provided with your Afiscooter are covered under warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. However, the natural decline in battery performance due to regular use is not included in the coverage. For optimal battery performance, ensure the batteries are charged regularly, even during periods of non-use.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
