Warranty Information

5-Year Limited Warranty
Jazzy power wheelchairs come with a 5-year limited warranty on the frame, covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty ensures the long-term durability of the structural frame components such as the main frame, seat post, and forks.

13-Month Limited Warranty
The electronics, including controllers, chargers, and any other electrical components, are covered for 13 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to defects in material and workmanship affecting the operation of these components.

13-Month Limited Warranty
The drive motors of Jazzy power wheelchairs are also covered under a 13-month warranty, protecting against any manufacturing defects.

6-Month Limited Warranty
The batteries are typically covered by a 6-month warranty, which is handled separately by the battery manufacturer. It’s important to note that to claim the battery warranty, you might need to provide a valid load test showing that the battery is faulty​

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear on parts such as tires, motor brushes, upholstery, seating, or plastic shrouds.
Labor and service calls, unless explicitly covered by additional service agreements.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

Service and Warranty Claims
Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Mobility dealer. Users are encouraged to contact their dealer for repairs or replacement parts under warranty. It’s important to get prior authorization before returning faulty parts, and any transportation costs associated with warranty service are typically the user’s responsibility​

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
