Warranty Information

Golden Technologies offers a comprehensive Limited Warranty for their scooters, covering various components for specific time periods:

Lifetime Limited Warranty
This applies to the steel frame and frame welds of the scooter, ensuring coverage for the lifetime of the product. This is typically offered on Golden Technologies’ durable and heavy-duty scooter models.

13-Month Limited Warranty
Covers key structural and electronic components, including:
-Motor/gearbox assembly
-Brake assembly
-Electronic controller
-Battery charger
-Wire harnesses
It also applies to other parts like bearings, bushings, seat swivel mechanisms, and certain rubber and plastic components.

12-Month Limited Warranty
The batteries included with Golden Technologies scooters are covered for one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

Exclusions
Golden Technologies does not cover normal wear-and-tear items, such as:
Tires and tubes, Plastic shrouds, Armrest pads, Upholstery, Brake pads
Additionally, damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty. Accessories are covered for one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Service
All warranty services must be performed by an authorized Golden Technologies representative. Labor costs, service calls, and transportation expenses are the responsibility of the consumer. Replacement parts may be either refurbished or new, and freight costs for these parts are not included under the warranty.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
