Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies exclusively to HoyerPro Lifts. It does not cover the following models: HML400, HPL700, HPL700WSC, HPL402, C-HLA (and any variations).
HoyerPro Lifts are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of delivery, under normal use and service. This warranty encompasses all mechanical and electrical components.
Lifetime Warranty
The aluminum structural components and welds of HoyerPro Lifts are covered for the lifetime of the product, starting from the date of delivery.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
– Use in unsuitable environmental conditions.
– Failure to follow maintenance as outlined in user and service instructions.
– Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs.
Any modification or repair performed without written authorization from Joerns Healthcare will void this warranty.
Warranty for Parts
Some parts of HoyerPro Lifts, such as DC batteries, hydraulic pumps, and casters, are subject to wear from normal use. These components are covered for 90 days from the date of delivery and are not included in the lifetime warranty.
Joerns Healthcare’s Obligation
Joerns Healthcare will, at its discretion, provide replacement parts, service, or product replacement for any defects identified under warranty. Warranty replacement parts are covered under the original product warranty period.
If requested by Joerns Healthcare, defective parts must be returned for inspection at the customer’s expense. Credit will be issued only after the parts have been inspected and deemed defective.
Service and Support
Most service requests can be resolved by the facility’s maintenance team with assistance from Joerns Healthcare’s Product Service Department. Replacement parts can be shipped next day air at the customer’s expense.
If an authorized technician is required, Joerns Healthcare will provide one at its discretion. Only the Joerns Healthcare Product Service Department can dispatch authorized technicians.
Original Purchaser Coverage
This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser of the equipment.
