Frame: Pride Mobility provides a lifetime limited warranty on the chair frame, seat frame, and reclining mechanism. This ensures that the structural integrity of your lift chair is protected for as long as you own it.
3-Year Limited Warranty:
Electronics & Motor: All electrical components, including the motor, lift and reclining mechanism, and remote control, are covered under a 3-year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunction under normal use conditions.
1-Year Limited Warranty:
Fabric & Upholstery: While fabric and upholstery aren’t covered for wear and tear, Pride Mobility offers a 1-year limited warranty for any material defects. This ensures that your chair’s upholstery is free from defects upon delivery.
What is Covered:
Parts and Labor: If any part of the lift chair fails due to a manufacturing defect, Pride Mobility will provide replacement parts at no charge during the warranty period.
Workmanship: Any defects in materials or workmanship discovered within the warranty period are covered, ensuring reliable performance.

Stock Lift Chairs
In-stock lift chairs can be returned under the following conditions:
The chair must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. Once unboxed or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The chair must be shipped in its original packaging along with all accessories, including power cords.
Timing: You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving the chair. Once issued, the item must be returned within 10 days.
Refund Process: After the item is inspected and approved for return, a refund will be processed, minus the restocking and any freight fees. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Non-refundable Fees: Delivery and service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If the chair was delivered by a technician and you signed a delivery confirmation, it is non-returnable.
Custom-Built Lift Chairs
Chairs built with custom fabrics, upgrades (e.g., heat and massage, PowerPillow, left-hand control), or any other special modifications are non-returnable. These customizations are tailored to specific user needs and cannot be resold as new.
