Harmar Mobility provides a 3-year limited warranty for its lift products, covering defects in material, mechanical, and electrical components (excluding labor costs, batteries, paint, and covers). This warranty applies from the date of retail purchase, provided that the lift has been installed, maintained, and operated properly.
Exclusions:
– The warranty does not cover any labor costs associated with repairs.
– Does not cover defects from vehicle issues or improper installation.
– Excludes maintenance, adjustments, and normal wear like battery or paint.
– Warranty is void if modified, misused, or damaged in an accident.
Customer Responsibilities:
– Defective parts must be returned prepaid for inspection before repair, credit, or replacement.
– Harmar isn’t liable for labor, repair costs, or damages from product malfunctions.
This warranty offers specific legal rights, which may vary by state.
