Frame Warranty
The scooter’s frame is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, giving users peace of mind regarding its structural integrity. This warranty ensures that the frame will be covered against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the scooter under normal use conditions.

Electronics Warranty
The electronics, which include crucial components such as the controller and motor, are covered by a 24-Month Limited Warranty. This warranty protects users from any malfunction or defects in the electronic system, allowing for repairs or replacements if issues arise within the first two years.

Battery Warranty
The batteries are covered by a 12-Month Warranty, ensuring that any manufacturing defects or significant performance degradation will be addressed within the first year. This provides users with confidence in the battery’s longevity and performance.

These warranties provide robust protection, covering the scooter’s key components, and ensure users can rely on the ZooMe Auto Flex for years of dependable mobility.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
