Warranty Information

Golden Technologies offers a Limited Warranty for their power wheelchairs, covering various components for specific time periods:

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Covers the steel frame, frame welds, and seat post for the lifetime of the product for models like the Compass Sport and others.

13-Month Limited Warranty
Covers several structural and electronic components, including the caster beam, anti-tip forks, motor/gearbox assembly, brake assembly, electronic controller, battery charger, and wire harnesses. This warranty also applies to parts like bearings, bushings, seat swivel mechanisms, rubber and plastic components.

12-Month Limited Warranty
The batteries supplied by Golden Technologies are covered for one year from the date of purchase in case of defects in materials or workmanship.

Exclusions
Golden Technologies does not cover normal wear items such as tires, tubes, plastic shrouds, armrest pads, upholstery, and brake pads. Damage due to misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs voids the warranty. Accessories are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Service
All warranty services must be performed by an authorized Golden Technologies representative. Labor, service calls, and transportation costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Replacement parts may be refurbished or new, and freight costs for these parts are also not included.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
