Warranty Information

Eligibility
This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from SuperHandy or one of its authorized distributors or resellers. SuperHandy is a registered brand owned by Great Circle Machinery Corp. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party dealers are not covered under this warranty. In such cases, replacement parts or units will need to be purchased separately.

Warranty Coverage
SuperHandy (“Brand”), under the ownership of Great Circle Machinery Corp., guarantees to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that the product (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase (“Warranty Period”). If the Product fails to meet this warranty, SuperHandy will, at its sole discretion, provide replacement parts or, if deemed irreparable, replace the product entirely, provided the Purchaser follows the outlined claim procedure.

Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from:
Normal wear and tear
Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Natural disasters or other external causes

Warranty Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim:
Contact SuperHandy’s customer service team within the Warranty Period, providing a detailed description of the issue along with proof of purchase.
Upon validation of the claim, SuperHandy may send replacement parts to address the issue.
If conclusive evidence is provided that the product is irreparable or unusable, SuperHandy may choose to issue a replacement product at its discretion.
If the Purchaser is unable to complete necessary repairs and engages a local power equipment shop, SuperHandy may consider reimbursement or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis. However, such accommodations are not guaranteed under this warranty.

Limitation of Liability
The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to providing replacement parts or replacing the Product. SuperHandy is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.

No Other Warranties
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by SuperHandy for its Products. It replaces all other warranties, representations, guarantees, or conditions, whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without consideration of its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings related to this warranty must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California. The Purchaser consents to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
