Warranty Information

Merits Health offers a comprehensive warranty for its scooters to ensure users can enjoy peace of mind and reliable mobility. The warranty covers the following components:

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Frame: The steel frame of the scooter is covered for the lifetime of the product. Any defects in materials or workmanship on the frame will be repaired or replaced at Merits Health’s discretion.

13-Month Limited Warranty
Drive Train Components: This includes the motor/gearbox assembly and brake assembly (electrical function only). Any defects in materials or workmanship during this period will be repaired or replaced. Note that increased noise from the motor over time is considered normal wear and not covered under this warranty.
Electronic Components: Includes the electronic controller, battery charger, and wire harnesses. Defective components will be repaired or replaced as needed.

12-Month Limited Warranty on Batteries
Batteries: The scooter’s batteries are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase, ensuring they are free of defects in materials or workmanship during this period. If found defective, the batteries will be replaced under the warranty.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover parts that experience normal wear and tear, including:
Tires, tubes, upholstery, and armrest pads
Motor brushes, bulbs, fuses, and brake pads
Shrouds and plastic body panels

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
