Warranty Information

The Spinergy Lite Extreme – LX wheels come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage:

– Defects in the wheel frame, spokes, and bearings.
– Applies to the original purchaser only.

Exclusions:

– Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents.
– Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic blemishes and scratches.
– Modifications or repairs not authorized by Spinergy.

To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required, and the product may need to be returned for inspection. For assistance, contact 1-855-HIELINE.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
