  • You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
  • Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
