Hieline (hieline.com) is a nationwide cash-pay mobility equipment retailer. We sell lift chairs, power wheelchairs, scooters, and related products directly to consumers. Our store is operated through Shopify.

Information you give us
When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
When you visit hieline.com, we collect information about your device and how you use the site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through Shopify's built-in analytics, Google Analytics 4, and the Meta pixel.

Email marketing
We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We use Klaviyo to manage our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time and we honor unsubscribes promptly.

We keep order and account information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Children's privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

Our store runs on Shopify, which maintains industry-standard security including SSL encryption on all pages. Payment processing uses Shopify Payments and Stripe, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant.
