What authorized dealer means
Hieline is an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. That means we have a direct dealer agreement with the manufacturer, we purchase products through official distribution channels, and we are recognized by the manufacturer as a legitimate seller of their products.
Why it matters
When you buy from an authorized dealer, your manufacturer's warranty is valid. If you buy the same product from an unauthorized seller (a marketplace third party, a gray-market importer, or a dealer who has been removed from the authorized network), the manufacturer can and often will refuse to honor the warranty, even if the product is genuine.
Mobility equipment is not the place to discover this the hard way. A lift chair or power wheelchair that fails outside warranty coverage is an expensive repair or replacement with no recourse.

You can also contact the manufacturer's dealer support line directly. They can verify authorized dealers by name.
Minimum advertised price
Most manufacturers set a minimum advertised price (MAP) for their products. This is the lowest price an authorized dealer is permitted to advertise publicly. We comply with MAP policies for all brands we carry. If you see a price significantly below what authorized dealers are showing, that listing is likely from an unauthorized source. Our relationship with manufacturers
Being authorized means we have access to the same product training, technical support, and parts networks that the manufacturer provides to their dealer network. When you call us with a product question, we can reach out to the manufacturer's dealer support team on your behalf. When you have a warranty issue, we file the claim through the authorized channel.
