Setting up a corporate account
- You must establish a corporate account to use purchase orders.
- Download and complete the corporate account application from our website, or request it by phone.
Placing orders with purchase orders
- Online. Add items to your cart, select Purchase Order at checkout, and enter your PO number. Online entry of your PO number is enough, with no need to send a physical copy.
- Offline. Fax, mail, or email your purchase order to us. Make sure it includes all necessary details, such as vendor and bill-to information, item descriptions, pricing, and taxes.
Purchase minimums and discounts
- A minimum order of $500 is required for purchase orders.
- Volume discounts: 5 percent off for 5 or more items, 10 percent off for 20 or more items.
Payment terms
- Standard Net 30 terms apply. Terms exceeding 30 days are not accepted.
