Warranty Information

Karman provides a robust warranty on its wheelchairs to ensure long-term reliability and peace of mind for users. While coverage may vary by model, here’s a general breakdown of Karman’s warranty:

Frame Warranty
Karman offers a limited lifetime warranty on the frame of most wheelchair models. This covers the structural integrity of the frame for as long as the original purchaser owns the wheelchair.

Parts Warranty
Most parts, such as brakes, armrests, footrests, wheels, and other hardware, are covered under a 1-year limited warranty. This includes protection against defects in materials and workmanship.

Upholstery and Cushions Warranty
Upholstery, seat cushions, and other fabric components typically come with a 6-month limited warranty to cover any material defects or craftsmanship issues.

Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Additionally, labor and shipping costs are generally not covered under the warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim, contact the retailer where the wheelchair was purchased or reach out directly to Karman with proof of purchase.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
