Warranty Information
Flexabed provides a reliable warranty to ensure customer satisfaction and product durability:
First 12 Months: During the first year of ownership, the mattress can be returned to the factory (freight prepaid) if any defects in materials or workmanship are identified, excluding normal wear and tear. Flexabed will repair, replace, or recondition the mattress at no charge. Return shipping will be freight collect.
Years 2 Through 5: From the second to the fifth year, the mattress or upholstered base can be returned to the factory (freight prepaid) for repair, reconditioning, or replacement for a $100 service fee. Return shipping will be freight collect.
Exclusions:
– This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling during transit.
– Any unauthorized modifications or repairs void the warranty.
– Transportation and handling costs are not included, except as specified.
Additional Notes:
Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. The warranty is transferable and remains valid even if the mattress is sold or given to another user.
