Warranty Information

Structure Frame (5 Years)
The PW-4x4Q is built with a high-quality, durable frame designed to withstand tough outdoor environments. We offer a 5-year warranty on the structure frame, ensuring long-lasting reliability.

Motors, Controller Module, Charger (2 Years)
We provide a 2-year warranty on the motors, controller module, and charger. Should any issues arise, we will replace defective parts with new ones and cover shipping costs for replacements. Defective parts must be returned to us for evaluation and improvement. Failure to return these parts will void the warranty or result in the replacement being considered a new purchase.

Battery (1 Year)
Our Li-ion battery comes with a 1-year warranty. With proper care, the battery can last well beyond this period. We recommend charging it at least twice a week to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Neglecting to charge the battery is considered “Negligence Damage” and will void the warranty.

Wear & Tear Parts (Not Covered)
Wear and tear parts are not covered under the warranty. These include: Tires & Bearings, Armrest Pad, Cables, Backrest & Seat Cushion, Nuts & Bolts, Storage or Travel Bag.
These parts are available for purchase at reasonable prices and depend on user care and maintenance.

Warranty Disclaimer
This warranty covers non-deliberate and non-accidental damage only. Any damages resulting from negligence, accidents (intentional or otherwise), misuse, improper handling, modifications, or improper storage are not covered. Regular maintenance is essential for keeping the wheelchair in good working condition.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please provide clear photos or videos of the issue to help expedite the process. Without this documentation, warranty parts will not be provided for free.

Custom Manufacturing
Many items are custom-made to your specific requirements. Once production begins, modifications or cancellations are not possible, so please verify all order details before finalizing your purchase.

Hygiene and Safety Regulations
For hygiene and safety reasons, and in compliance with FDA regulations, custom mobility products cannot be returned, even if unused.

Final Sale Upon Delivery
Once your product is delivered and any necessary adjustments have been made, the sale is considered final and non-returnable.

Delivery Inspection:
We highly recommend inspecting your product at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please refuse the delivery. If the item is delivered without a signature and you later identify any issues, contact Hieline Mobility Customer Service immediately at 1-855-HIELINE.
