Warranty Information for Pride Mobility Scooters

Pride Mobility offers comprehensive warranty coverage to ensure the reliability and performance of your scooter.

5-Year Limited Warranty
The main frame is covered under a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

3-Year Limited Warranty
The fixed-position seat post is covered under a 3-year limited warranty if found defective due to materials or workmanship.

13-Month Limited Warranty
The following components are covered for 13 months against defects:

• Electronic Components: Charger assembly, controller, joystick
• Main Frame Assemblies: Metal seat framing
• Other Components: Electrical harnesses, accessories, anti-tip forks, bearings and bushings, motor/gearbox assembly, brakes (electronic function only), caster forks, and front rigging mounting brackets.

Battery Warranty

• Standard Batteries: 13-month warranty
• Lithium-Ion Batteries: 6-month warranty
  Important: To maintain the battery warranty, charge the batteries once a week for 24 hours, especially if the product is stored or not used regularly.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the following parts:

• ABS plastic shrouds
• Brake pads
• Motor brushes
• Tires and tubes
• Upholstery and seating
• Fuses and bulbs

Additional exclusions include:

• Damage caused by contamination, misuse, or negligence
• Battery fluid leakage
• Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
• Labor, service calls, and shipping costs (unless pre-approved by Pride Mobility).

Note:
Gradual deterioration in battery performance caused by improper care, such as leaving the battery discharged or exposing it to extreme conditions, is not covered under the warranty.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
