The PX4 4-Wheel Mobility Scooter by Pride Mobility comes with a comprehensive warranty to ensure long-term peace of mind:

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Covers main frame, seat post, fork, and tiller frame for the lifetime of the product, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship.

2-Year Limited Warranty
Includes electronic components, such as the controller, transaxle, and brakes. These parts are covered for two years from the date of purchase.

1-Year Limited Warranty
Covers batteries, motor, and charger. Batteries have a limited 1-year warranty, ensuring performance under normal use conditions.

Warranty Exclusions
Normal wear items such as tires, upholstery, and brake pads are not covered under the warranty. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance is also excluded.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
