Stander Product Warranty Information

Frame Warranty
Stander products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty on the metal frame against defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

Other Components
Non-metal components, such as plastic or fabric parts, are covered for one year from the date of purchase.

Conditions
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
Contact the Stander customer service team or the authorized dealer where the product was purchased.
Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any photos or videos if requested.
If approved, Stander will repair or replace the defective part at their discretion.

Exclusions
Stander is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
Any warranty claims related to improper use or installation will be denied.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
