Warranty Information

Frame Warranty
2 Years: Covers defects in materials or workmanship related to the aluminum frame.

Electronic Components Warranty
1 Year: Covers electronic parts such as the motors, joystick, and controller.

Battery Warranty
6 Months: Covers defects in the Li-ion battery. Normal performance degradation due to heavy use or improper care is not covered.

Exclusions
– Normal wear and tear on items such as tires, upholstery, and seat cushions.
– Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
– Labor and shipping costs for repairs or part replacements are typically not covered, unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
