Frame
Three-year limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Wearable Parts
One-year limited warranty, ensuring components like the seat and armrests are free from manufacturing defects.

Electronics
One-year limited warranty, safeguarding the scooter’s electronic systems against defects.

Batteries
Six-month limited warranty, covering the lithium battery under standard usage conditions.

These warranties are designed to provide peace of mind, ensuring that each component of your Feather 27X Scooter is protected. For detailed terms and conditions, please refer to the owner’s manual or contact Feather Mobility directly.

It’s important to note that the warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To maintain warranty coverage, always use the scooter as directed and consult authorized service providers for any repairs or maintenance.

Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
