Pride Mobility provides comprehensive warranty coverage for the Jazzy Carbon Power Wheelchair, ensuring peace of mind for users with the following:

5-Year Limited Warranty
Frame Components: This warranty covers the main frame of the chair, ensuring protection against defects in materials and workmanship for five years.

13-Month Limited Warranty
Electronics and Drive System: Includes coverage for key electronic components such as the controller, joystick, and charger assembly, along with drivetrain parts like the motor and transaxle.

6-Month Battery Warranty
Standard and Lithium-Ion Batteries: Both types of batteries are covered under a six-month warranty. To maintain the battery warranty, it’s important to charge them regularly, especially if the wheelchair is stored or used infrequently.

Warranty Exclusions
Certain components and conditions are not covered, such as:
– Normal Wear and Tear: Items like upholstery, tires, brake pads, and motor brushes are not included.
– Damage from Misuse or Negligence: Any damage caused by accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs is excluded.
– Service Costs: Labor, service calls, and shipping costs are not covered unless pre-approved by Pride Mobility.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
