Warranty Information

Frame, Mechanical, and Electrical Components:
The Journey Zoomer Folding Power Chair’s frame, motor, and mechanical and electrical components are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the original purchase date.

Battery, Tires, and Fabric Components:
The battery, tires, fabric seat and back, and seat cushion are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the original purchase date.

Repair or Replacement Policy:
If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Journey Health & Lifestyle will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component with new or refurbished parts. In some cases, an installation kit may be provided for self-installation. Labor costs for installation are not covered under this warranty. The warranty period for any repaired or replaced components terminates with the expiration of the original product warranty.

Warranty Claim Process:
Contact Journey Health & Lifestyle before returning any product for warranty repair or replacement. Products should not be returned without prior authorization.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

– Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or exceeding the weight capacity.
– Gradual battery performance reduction due to normal use.
– Damage caused by improper storage, shipping, or operation not following the user manual.
– Wear-and-tear items such as inner tubes and grips, or periodic maintenance.
– Repairs or modifications by unauthorized persons.
– Damage from environmental factors, such as corrosive materials, extreme temperatures, lightning, or floods.
– Products used in commercial or institutional settings.
– Products without an intact serial number.

North America Only:
This warranty applies only to original purchases made in North America directly from Journey Health & Lifestyle or authorized distributors. For purchases made through authorized dealers, warranty claims should first be directed to the dealer.

Warranty Disclaimer

This warranty is nontransferable and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Journey Health & Lifestyle is not liable for incidental or consequential damages and limits liability to the product’s purchase price.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
