Warranty Information

Pride Mobility offers comprehensive warranty coverage for their scooters, ensuring that users are protected against defects in materials and workmanship.

5-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty covers the main frame of the scooter, protecting against defects due to materials or workmanship.

3-Year Limited Warranty
The fixed-position seat post is covered under this warranty if found to have defects resulting from materials or workmanship.

13-Month Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to several key components:
– Electronic Components: Includes the charger assembly, controller, and joystick.
– Main Frame Assemblies: Such as the metal seat framing.
– Other Components: Covers electrical harnesses, accessories, anti-tip forks, bearings and bushings, motor/gearbox assembly, brakes (electronic function only), caster forks, and front rigging mounting brackets.

Battery Warranty
13-Month Warranty: Applies to standard batteries.
6-Month Warranty: Applies to lithium-ion batteries. Important Note: To maintain the battery warranty, it is recommended to charge the batteries once a week for 24 hours, especially if the product is stored or not in regular use.

Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under the warranty:
Normal wear and tear on parts, including: ABS plastic shrouds, Brake pads, Motor brushes, Tires and tubes, Upholstery and seating, Fuses and bulbs

Additional Exclusions:
– Damage due to contamination, misuse, or negligence
– Battery fluid leakage, Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
– Costs associated with labor, service calls, and shipping unless pre-approved by Pride Mobility

Note
Gradual deterioration in battery performance, often caused by improper care (such as leaving the battery discharged or exposing it to extreme conditions), is not covered under the warranty.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
