Warranty Information

Pride Mobility offers comprehensive warranty coverage for their scooters, broken down into several categories:

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
Covers the main frame components, including the main frame, seat post, fork, and tiller frame, against defects in materials or workmanship.

3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
Includes a pro-rata drivetrain warranty for parts like the transaxle and motor brake (electronic function only). The coverage works on a sliding scale:
First Year: 100% replacement of parts cost.
Second Year: 67% replacement of parts cost.
Third Year: 50% replacement of parts cost.

13-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY:
Covers electronic components such as the charger assembly, controller, joystick, and electrical subassemblies.
Also applies to main frame assemblies, including metal seat framing, electrical harnesses, accessories, anti-tip forks, and bearings.

BATTERY WARRANTY:
Standard Batteries: Covered by a 6-month warranty.
Lithium-Ion Batteries: Also have a 6-month warranty. To maintain the battery warranty, it is important to charge them regularly, especially if the product is not in frequent use.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
Normal wear and tear on items like ABS plastic shrouds, brake pads, motor brushes, tires and tubes, upholstery, and seating is not covered.
Damages caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper maintenance are also excluded from the warranty. Labor, service calls, and shipping costs are not included unless pre-approved by Pride Mobility.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The warranty service must be performed by an authorized Pride Provider. Unauthorized repairs or modifications can void the warranty.
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one year from the date of purchase.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
