Golden Technologies offers comprehensive warranty designed to cover key components against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is available to the original purchaser and begins from the date of purchase.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Golden Technologies offers a lifetime limited warranty on essential structural components of your power wheelchair, including:
Main Frame, Seat Post, Fork

Two-Year Limited Warranty on Drive Train and Electronics
Golden Technologies covers the drive train and electronic components of your power wheelchair for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This includes:
Motor/Transaxle Assembly, Brake Assembly (electric function only), Controller, Joystick

If these components are found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, Golden Technologies will repair or replace them. Please note that normal wear and tear, such as increased noise in the motor or transaxle, is not covered under this warranty.

One-Year Limited Warranty on Batteries
The batteries supplied with your Golden power wheelchair are covered under a one (1) year limited warranty. This warranty ensures that if your batteries are defective due to materials or workmanship, they will be replaced within the first year of use. However, normal battery performance decline due to regular use and aging is not covered.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as tires, upholstery, or armrests.
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Damage caused by environmental conditions such as exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures.
Routine maintenance and adjustments.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
To receive warranty service, you must contact Golden Technologies or an authorized service provider with proof of purchase. Golden Technologies will work with you to arrange the repair or replacement of the defective part, and shipping or handling fees for warranty parts may apply.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
