Warranty Information

Nova Walkers are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty, designed to give you peace of mind with every step. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the walker. Nova stands by the quality of its products, ensuring that you have reliable support from a trusted mobility device.

Coverage Details:

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Provides protection against defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use conditions for the lifetime of the walker.

Parts Replacement Only
The warranty applies to parts or replacement components, but it does not cover labor costs or shipping fees.

Exclusions
Items subject to normal wear and tear, such as rubber tips, handgrips, casters, and brakes, are not included. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications also falls outside of the warranty coverage.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
