Warranty Information

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Covers structural frame components, such as the steel frame, frame welds, tiller frame, and front fork.
Applies to all Companion models and ensures that if defects in material or workmanship arise, Golden Technologies will repair or replace these parts for the lifetime of the scooter.

2-Year Limited Warranty
Covers drivetrain components, including the transaxle and motor/brake assembly (electrical function only).
Electronic assemblies such as the controller, battery charger, and dash assembly are also covered under this warranty.

1-Year Limited Warranty
Batteries provided by Golden Technologies are covered for one year from the date of purchase.
Other parts like seat swivel mechanisms, rubber components (excluding tires), armrests, and plastic components are also covered for one year.

Warranty Exclusions
Normal wear and tear on parts like tires, tubes, ABS plastic shrouds, motor brushes, brake pads, upholstery, and fuses are not covered.
Damage from misuse, neglect, improper operation, or unauthorized modifications is also excluded.

Golden Technologies stands behind its products, ensuring that you are covered for the life of your scooter, with reasonable limitations. For any repairs, always work with authorized Golden Technologies representatives to maintain warranty coverage.

This warranty applies to all Golden Technologies scooters.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
