This means that for 15 years from the date of purchase, Proactive Medical guarantees the structural integrity and performance of the foam core. Should any defects or issues arise within this period, Proactive Medical will repair or replace the core as needed at no additional cost to the customer. This non-prorated warranty ensures that the customer receives full coverage for the entire warranty term, without any depreciation of coverage over time.
Cover Warranty
The mattress cover is protected by a 2-Year Non-Prorated Warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including the fabric, zippers, and anti-contamination flap. If any issues related to normal use occur within this two-year period, Proactive Medical will repair or replace the cover to maintain its fluid-resistant, anti-microbial, and anti-bacterial properties.
