Harmar Vehicle Lift Warranty

Harmar Mobility provides a 3-year limited warranty for its lift products, covering defects in material, mechanical, and electrical components (excluding labor costs, batteries, paint, and covers). This warranty applies from the date of retail purchase, provided that the lift has been installed, maintained, and operated properly.

Exclusions:
– The warranty does not cover any labor costs associated with repairs.
– Excludes defects from vehicle issues or improper installation.
– Does not cover maintenance, adjustments, normal wear, battery issues, or paint fading.
– Modifications, misuse, or accidents void the warranty.

Customer Responsibilities:
– Defective parts must be returned for inspection before repair, credit, or replacement.
– Harmar is not liable for labor, repair costs, or damages from product malfunction.

This warranty offers specific legal rights, which may vary by state.

Custom Manufacturing
Each item is specifically tailored to meet the customer’s unique requirements. Once production begins, modifications or cancellations are not possible. Please verify all details before confirming your order.

Hygiene and Safety Regulations
Due to hygiene standards and FDA regulations, custom mobility products cannot be returned, even if unused.

Final Sale upon Delivery
Once the product is received and any necessary adjustments are made, it is considered a final sale and is non-returnable.

Delivery Inspection
