Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty
The metal frame is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, ensuring long-term performance.

Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty
This includes components such as rubber tips, plastic, and metal hardware, which are covered for one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

Original Purchaser: The warranty applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use, user negligence, modifications without prior authorization, or normal wear and tear.

How to Request Warranty Service

Contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. If additional assistance is needed, reach out to Nova directly with the product serial number, receipt, and details about the issue.

Repair or replacement of the product is the sole remedy under this limited warranty. Labor and shipping costs are not included.

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
