Warranty Coverage
– Frame Warranty: All STRONGBACK wheelchairs come with a 5-year limited warranty on the frame. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship.
– Seat, Footrests, and Other Components: These parts are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. This includes the seat upholstery, footrests, and any additional parts that come with the wheelchair.

Warranty Limitations
The STRONGBACK warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear and tear of components (e.g., tires, seat fabric, and grips).
– Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.
– Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers (e.g., items bought on Amazon from non-official sources).

Warranty Eligibility
– Original Purchaser: The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of a new STRONGBACK Mobility product and is non-transferable.
– Authorized Dealers: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase from an authorized STRONGBACK Mobility dealer.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, customers need to:
– Obtain a Return Authorization Number: Contact STRONGBACK Mobility customer service to receive a return authorization number, which is required to process any claims.
– Complete the Warranty Claim Form: Visit the STRONGBACK Mobility website and fill out the warranty claim form, including all requested information and photos of the defective part.
– Send the Product for Inspection: Once you receive the return authorization, send the product to the specified address. Claims without authorization will not be accepted.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
