Drive Medical offers strong warranty coverage for their rollators, ensuring peace of mind for users:

Frame Warranty
Drive Medical rollators come with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame. This ensures that the frame will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

Brake and Handle Housing Warranty
The brake and handle housing components of the rollators are covered under a 5-year limited warranty. This covers any defects or issues related to materials or manufacturing that affect these components.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on non-durable components such as rubber accessories, wheels, casters, grips, or seat cushions, as these are subject to regular replacement.

To benefit from the warranty, users should retain proof of purchase and contact an authorized Drive Medical dealer for any claims or issues. It’s important to note that the warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or alterations made by the user.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
