Joerns Healthcare provides a 1-year warranty on Hoyer Classic Lifts, including the HML400, HPL402, and C-HLA models (and variations).
Covered Components
1-Year Coverage: Lifter structure (base, mast, boom, suspension cradle), hydraulic pump (manual lifts), electronic control box, and actuator (power lifts).
90-Day Coverage: Non-durable components like rubber and plastic parts, painted surfaces, batteries, hand pendants, and casters.
Warranty Terms
– This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when used according to provided guidelines.
– Normal wear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications void the warranty.
– Applies only in the USA and Canada (check with your supplier for international coverage).
Service & Repairs
– Most issues can be addressed with assistance from Joerns Healthcare’s Product Service Department.
– If needed, a Joerns-authorized technician can be dispatched at Joerns’ discretion.
Replacement Parts
– Defective parts may need to be returned at the customer’s expense for inspection before credit or replacement is issued.
– Warranty replacement parts are covered until the original product warranty expires.
