Warranty Information

Shoprider Mobility Products, Inc. (“Distributor”) provides a limited warranty on its electric scooters and power chairs (“Products”) against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below. This warranty ensures that your product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Terms and Conditions
This warranty is valid only for products purchased in the United States from an authorized Shoprider provider.
It applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Motor/Transaxle/Brake

Batteries
6 months (covered by the battery manufacturer)

Exclusions
Labor charges, shipping costs, and transportation fees related to part installation or replacement are not covered.
Normal wear items, such as seat upholstery, arm pads, plastic shrouds, tires, and brake pads, are excluded.
Damage caused by battery leakage, improper maintenance, modifications, or use of non-Shoprider parts voids the warranty.

Conditions for Warranty Claims
Submit proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt) and the completed Registration Card within 30 days of purchase.
Warranty claims require the product to be delivered to an authorized Shoprider provider for service. Transportation costs and damages during shipping are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Warranty Limitations
Transaxle noise increases, motor commutator damage due to neglected motor brush replacement, and normal wear of brake pads are not covered.
Annual maintenance is required to keep the warranty valid.
The battery charger is covered for one year, while controllers are covered by their respective manufacturers.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
