The Drive Medical Moxie GT Gait Trainer comes with the following warranty details:

Frame Warranty
Lifetime limited warranty on the frame. This covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

Components Warranty:
1-year limited warranty on all other components, including parts such as the casters and any accessories like hand grips, forearm platforms, or ankle prompts.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover any damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Normal wear and tear on parts such as casters and grips are also not covered under the warranty.

Claim Process
If a defect occurs, the manufacturer may repair or replace the defective part at their discretion. Any shipping costs incurred for sending parts for warranty replacement are typically the responsibility of the buyer

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
