Golden Technologies Scooter Warranty

Golden Technologies provides a comprehensive Limited Warranty for their scooters, ensuring peace of mind for users by covering essential components over specific periods:

Lifetime Limited Warranty
This applies to the structural frame components of the scooter, including the steel frame, frame welds, tiller frame, front fork, and seat post. These parts are covered for the lifetime of the scooter, ensuring long-lasting durability​.

Two-Year Limited Warranty
For the first two years, Golden Technologies covers key drive train components such as the transaxle and motor/brake assembly (electrical function only). In addition, the electronic controller, battery charger, dash assembly, potentiometer assembly, and wire harnesses are protected against defects in materials and workmanship during this period​(

One-Year Limited Warranty
This covers parts that experience moderate wear, including bearings, bushings, seat swivel mechanisms, armrests, and rubber/plastic components (excluding tires). This also includes standard or optional accessories provided with the scooter​(

Warranty Exclusions
Golden Technologies does not cover items subject to regular wear and tear, such as:

• Tires and tubes
• Plastic shrouds
• Upholstery and armrest pads
• Motor brushes, bulbs, fuses
• Brake pads

Additionally, the warranty does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or failure to follow proper maintenance procedures. Batteries are not covered under this warranty but may have separate coverage provided by the battery manufacturer​(

Warranty Service
All warranty service must be performed by an authorized Golden Technologies representative. While replacement parts may be either new or refurbished, any labor costs, service calls, and shipping fees for parts are the responsibility of the customer. Golden Technologies reserves the right to replace parts at their discretion and requires prior authorization for any returns​.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
