EV Rider warranty covers structural components, electronic parts, and spare parts, ensuring peace of mind. Below are the details EV Rider warranty policy:

Three-Year Limited Warranty
Covers structural frame components, including the platform, seat post, and frame, for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

One-Year Limited Warranty
Covers parts and electronic components, including the scooter and charger, for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If found defective, EV Rider will repair or replace the part at its discretion, free of charge.

???? Exclusions
Labor charges are not included. Customers must provide proof of purchase, serial number, and purchase date for warranty claims.

Six-Month Limited Warranty
Covers spare parts, including replacement batteries and chargers, sold separately from the scooter, for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

One-Year Warranty Exceptions
✅ Motor: Noise level increases due to abuse or excessive strain are not covered.
✅ Batteries: Covered for one (1) year, excluding the Stand-N-Ride scooter.

Warranty Service
Warranty service is provided by EV Rider or authorized service facilities. Return Authorization is required before sending faulty parts for repair or replacement. Customers are responsible for transportation costs and shipping damages.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover:
???? Consumables: Tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery, seating, motor brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds, and footrest covers.
???? Damage Due to Abuse: Accidents, improper operation, excessive loading, or commercial use.
???? Unauthorized Repairs: Any modifications made without EV Rider’s approval.
???? Battery Wear & Tear: Gradual battery degradation after two (2) months is considered normal and not covered.

Limitations
⚠️ Implied Warranties: Limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase.
⚠️ Exclusions: Consequential damages and incidental costs are not covered.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
