Warranty Information

The following warranty terms apply across most Drive Medical scooter models:

Limited Lifetime Warranty
This covers the frame, seat post, platform, and frame welds, ensuring the structural components of your scooter are protected for the lifetime of the product.

24-Month Limited Warranty
The electronic controller and motor/gearbox assembly are covered under a two-year warranty. Any defects in materials or workmanship for these components will be repaired or replaced at no cost within this period.

12-Month Warranty
The batteries are covered under a 12-month warranty, ensuring that any battery defects or malfunctions are addressed during this time.

Parts Not Covered by Additional Warranties:
The following components are warranted to be free of defects at the time of delivery but are not covered under extended warranties:
Plastic shrouds and footrests, Upholstery and seating, Tires and tubes, Armrest pads and other normal wear-and-tear items

Warranty Conditions:
This warranty may be voided if the unit is subjected to alterations, misuse, accidents, improper battery storage, or if it exceeds the weight limit specified for the scooter. In cases where parts require repair or replacement, new or refurbished parts may be used.

Hieline Mobility Return Policy

At Hieline Mobility, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and components must be returned as well.
• Orders that are canceled after shipment will be processed as returns.
• Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Mattresses, as well as custom-made items tailored to your specifications, are non-returnable.
• You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Hieline Mobility within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your RA is issued, the item must be returned to the specified address within 15 days.
• Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any restocking or shipping fees.
• Items delivered and assembled by a technician that have been accepted with a signed delivery slip are ineligible for return.
