Warranty Information

The Golden Tube Cane Holder is warranted by Golden Technologies against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product arrives with any damage or defect, Golden Technologies will repair or replace it, provided the issue is reported promptly upon delivery.

This warranty applies only when the product is used as intended, under normal conditions, and according to Golden Technologies’ guidelines. Any misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications may void the warranty.

Return Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions apply:

• Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Complete Return Requirements: All original accessories and items included in the box must be returned.
• Order Cancellations: Any order canceled after the item has shipped will be considered a return and subject to the return policy.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Delivery and service fees are non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items: Mattresses ordered with adjustable beds are non-returnable.
• Custom-made items designed to suit specific needs are non-returnable.
• Return Authorization: A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The returned item must be shipped back to the specified address within 15 days of receiving the RA.
• Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, a refund, minus any applicable restocking and freight fees, will be issued to the original payment method.
• Technician-Delivered Items: If the item was delivered by a technician and the delivery was accepted and signed for, the item is not eligible for return.
